Oztime Technologies were engaged by The Australian War Memorial to upgrade the existing Perimeter Security System at their Mitchell Storage Facility.

The existing Perimeter Gates were over 50 years old and completely hand made from Bronze. They had served the facility well but were in need of an upgrade due to Security and Safety legislation’s. Oztime were faced with the challenge of replacing them with a design that didn’t look out of place retrofitting to the existing Precast Structures.

A design was set and a successful installation of the over-sized gates was fully orchestrated without compromising the Security or access to the facility.

BUSINESS AS USUAL.

The Architectural Design was an important feature to this project. All items were powder coated in a weathered copper finish which blends in perfectly with the surrounds.

The MSG Gate System was installed due to its Safety Features

• Entry, Exit, Safety Loops
• 3 x Height PE Safety Beams
• Force/Torque Detection
• PLC Controls
• Inverter for Ramp Up and Ramp Down speed controls
• Magnetic Lock For High Security.
• Buzzer/Flasher for Pedestrian Warning
